A Sense of Movement – Competition June 20th 2019

The challenge was to capture a sense of movement and members embraced the set subject with enthusiasm with around two thirds of entries in the set category.

James Allan selected slow movement with star trails, Helen Whitford selected rapid movement with a shaking otter and Bev Langley took the middle ground with a waterfall.

We had a flock of moving bird photos including Judy Sara’s Gull Bathing, Glenn Langley’s Scoop and James Allan’s Swallow

Some Open subject photos which caught judge John Hodgson’s eye included Gordon Linqvist’s Argyle Sunset, Don McLeod’s Bicycle in Italy and Judy Sara’s The Farmer and his Cheese.
