Farewell from El Presidente

My last blog post as President of Blackwood Photographic Club – and my last El Presidente musing for your viewing pleasure.

It’s been a fun ride the last 6 years – as President, Vice President, President and from this Thursday commoner.

In that time with my friends and the committee I’ve tried to steer our club to a more enlightened photographic view – sometimes successfully, sometimes failing. My wish is to see the successes continue – but that is up to you.

Whatever the outcome, I hope you continue to evolve whilst I contemplate my future in photography club land…..

    Sad to hear that you are leaving. You have done a great job in your past roles and showed your enjoyment of all things you like to photograph. We wish you all the best in your future photo endeavours and your passion in taking some great shots. Although we have not been members for some years now, we enjoy the newsletters and the beautiful photos taken by the members and your blogs. BTW Nicky who was once a young member, has since finished university and is now working for a photographic company in digital media. Her love of photography continues..
